Questions to the Minister of Economy

At the sitting of 27 October 2026 the Mejlis agreed to the report of the Cities and Districts Committee on the Road Fund (Amendment) Bill, which allows the royalty road fund of 1995 to pay for the upkeep of district roads. The second reading is set for 3 November.

The Minister of Economy, Dinara Usupova, answered questions of deputies. Asked whether public pay and pensions would be indexed, the Minister said that wages are set in som and paid in som, and that the budget for 2027 would be laid in November.
