Ruling on the motion for a hearing on the capacity of the Governor

Sitting of Tuesday 14 April 2026. Item of the order paper: motions.

1. Three deputies for the Nurzhan city constituency moved that the chamber hold a hearing on the capacity of the Governor to discharge his office.

2. The Speaker ruled the motion out of order: "The chamber does not examine the health of citizens."

3. No question was put.
